Two weeks ago, the 2015 edition of African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) was held in Texas, USA, and it was attended by some celebrities from Nigeria.

From reports gathered, the ceremony was colourful and glamorous and Nigerians artistes who performed at the event did not fall short of expectations.

COSON INAUGURATES DIGITAL MUSIC MONITORING GROUP TODAY

The Nigerian Digital Music Monitoring Group (NDMMG) is set for launch on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at the headquarters of the Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON) in Opebi area of Lagos State.

According to a statement issued by COSON, the establishment of the NDMMG was one of the major resolutions adopted at the just-concluded Nigerian Digital Music Summit in Lagos.

Members of the Group include top music industry executives, copyright experts, government agencies and representatives of telecommunications operators in Nigeria.

Come Saturday, November 14, 2015, a top actress in Nollywood, Ejiro Okurame will finally lay her late father, Pa Joseph Lucky Pelomo Okurame to rest.

According to information gathered by GistmyNaija.com, the burial ceremony will take place in Delta State.

Pa Okurame breathed his last on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at his residence. He died at the age of 85.
