NASIR EL-RUFAI DISCLOSES MONEY SPENT ON NIGERIA’S ANNIVERSARY

Governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai, has congratulated Nigerians on the 55th anniversary of the country as it goes through the reformation stages which are already making progress.

In his Independence Day calculation, the governor made a comparism of the amount of money spent in the celebration between the present government of President Muhammadu Buhari and the past administrations.

According to his calculation on the money spent he said, “Independence Anniversary expenditure for the past 5 years; Year 2011-N13 billion, 2012-N15 billion, 2013 - N14 billion, 2014 - N22 billion, 2015 - N70 million. Happy Independence Anniversary Nigeria, the APC-PMB change we voted for.”
