OFFICIAL PICTURES FROM CELEBRITIES WALK FOR LUPUS AWARENESS

On Saturday, October 3, 2015, notable faces in the entertainment industry in Nigeria turned up for a walk to create awareness for Lupus.

The occasion was put together by Kehinde Oshadipe, whose twin sister, Taiwo, lost her live to the disease over a year ago in Lagos.

Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar led other stars for the walk, which kicked off from LTV 8 in Alausa, Ikeja and terminated at the Ministry of Health also in Alausa.

From all indications, the event was very successful and many people got to know about the new silent killer disease, which presently has no definite cure and is very expensive to maintain.
